Project Details

The Troika is one of the most prestigious and preferred addresses in the city of Kuala Lumpur. This mixed development project, which has a gross development value of RM650 mil, was undertaken by established property developer Bandar Raya Developments Berhad and designed by world renowned British architectural firm Foster & Partners. 

Located at the intersection of Pesiaran KLCC and Jalan Binjai in the affluent Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) enclave, The Troika is listed
as one of the top ten most expensive luxury condominiums in the country.
The Troika comprises three residential towers of 38-, 44- and 55- storey blocks which house a total of 172 luxury serviced apartments and 6 penthouses; 57 small office/home office (SoHo) units; retail outlets; boutique offices and restaurants. One the main force points of The Troika, that makes this project unique in Kuala Lumpur, is the superb view of Darby Park, Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

The standard features of The Troika are very high and they include among fully-fitted bathrooms and kitchen, hot water and centralized vacuum system, Low-E window glass panels to effectively block UV rays, and an inverter control air condition system to regulate and maintain a constant temperature throughout the apartment, also imported marble flooring. 

For this last point our company Al-Nasr Marble is proud to have had the honour to be part of supplying part of marble material and in the details 35,000 m2 of Desert Bloom - 600 x 600 mm used for all the Living / Dining floor area . Al Nasr prepared cut to size with different finishes material ready to install at site.


Al Nasr has grown into a top manufacturing professionally managed company, the factory of 250,000 Sqm with Third Generation machinery
producing Omani Marble Slabs & Tiles with number of quarries functioning. Al Nasr installed 25 Gang saw lines for the production of Marble Slabs reaching its daily production capacity to 10,000 m2. & 65 Nos of Block Cutters reaching its daily tiles production capacity to 15,000 m2. These machineries are all imported from Italy.
